Celebrity Equinox is a Solstice-class ship, a new breed of cruise ship built to the latest design trends. The result is gorgeous, minimalist spaces with plenty of great little details that add to the cruise experience.
In June 2019, Equinox completed The Celebrity Revolution, part of a fleet-wide modernization program for the brand. This included completely reimagined staterooms and elevating design concepts and technology across the ship.
Ocean View Staterooms
When you are looking for a room with a view, there are many options available on a modern cruise ship. Balcony rooms are the most popular, but there are also ocean view (outside view) staterooms.
These cabins are a great choice for those who don’t want a balcony but value space and natural light. Usually located on lower decks, ocean view staterooms range from 170 to 242 square feet.
They are a bit more expensive than interior rooms, but if you are unsure whether or not you will be spending a lot of time in your room, an ocean view may be a better option for you.
Edge Class ships offer Panoramic Ocean View Staterooms that feature a floor-to-ceiling picture window with an outside view. These cabins are located mid-ship or forward on the lower decks.
Inside Staterooms
Celebrity Equinox offers a variety of Inside Staterooms that offer a little bit more space than the standard Ocean View or AquaClass rooms. These cabins are perfect for travelers looking to save money and still get the same world-class amenities and service as the rest of the ship.
Aside from the standard amenities, these rooms are also equipped with a flat screen TV and plenty of closet space. You will also have a private bathroom, which is equipped with shower and bath products, towels and bathrobes.
If you’re traveling alone and are on a budget, the interior staterooms are a great option. They have a bed, a sitting area, a bathroom and even a mini-fridge. They’re also the smallest cabins on board, which is why they’re popular with solo travelers.
AquaClass Staterooms
AquaClass staterooms are a step up from a standard Veranda stateroom on the celebrity equinox and share a number of amenities with Concierge Class, although they don’t offer access to the Embarkation Day Lunch. Unlike Concierge, they are more expensive but they also include priority boarding on embarkation day and during the cruise in port, as well as a few other added benefits.
Aquaclass cabins offer a variety of luxury amenities and services including exclusive dining at the Blu restaurant, complimentary continental breakfast and dinner, unlimited access to the Persian Garden (on Solstice Series) and Relaxation Room, daily bottled water and fresh iced tea, luxury bedding sets, premium bath products, in-cabin dining, wellness classes and personal spa concierge.
Located aft-portside on Entertainment Deck 5, the 130-seat Blu is a chic specialty restaurant with clean cuisine that puts a healthy twist on classic favorites. Savor a menu that includes inventive flavors and a wide selection of biodynamic wines in an inviting setting.
Suites
With a spacious living area, private veranda and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, suites offer the ultimate in luxury. Whether you’re looking for a one-bedroom or two-bedroom suite, we have the perfect option for your cruise vacation.
The upscale decor of Celebrity Cruises ships makes them feel more like an exclusive high-end hotel than a typical cruise ship. This includes translucent onyx panels and white drapes that give the feel of Miami, as well as a 50-foot tall tree suspended from the aft atrium that adds a touch of surrealism.
On every ship in the Celebrity fleet, you can find a Sky Suite, a Signature Suite or an Edge Villa. These suites are the only ones in Celebrity’s fleet that feature a private terrace and plunge pool. Plus, they’re equipped with eXhale bedding featuring the luxury Queen-size Cashmere Mattress.
